I feel valued. I can see the professional status being recognized. However, The time and effort spent being fully involve within this company/networking/company goals & requirements need to be reviewed for those departments who wear multiple hats AND Living by TTEC VALUES. Being that needed change.

Abilities in catching work blockers.. Blockers created unfortunately from those with toxic habits unsuitable for work environments. Leadership refrains from engaging in that type of a activity for the sake of the team! Ensuring a safe place is given for those focused on personal image & growth!
