Would like to get a raise that at the least keeps up with inflation and would appreciate if the company compensated employees with the same qualifications and experience the same.

Have only worked for Worley since the takeover of Jacobs ECR. So far I do not like what I see. Just received a 0.9% raise. No union, not much of a raise.
