What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To defend safety and ethics and allow independent consultants to review the complaints and functioning of the critical roles
It's sad as I reported many unsafe conditions and Life Saving Riles being violeted to the safety Dept along with taking things to the top to the best of my ability and it was all swept under the rug. Not even 1 statement collected.. I will not recommend Worley to anyone!! Very sad, but true

What is the best part about your compensation package?
it comes every month no exceptions
Good hourly rate, and you get paid overtime.
Has a decent insurance policy that you can afford
bonus and salary and professional colleagues

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It took me months to receive my benefits, I was not given contact information to reach out to someone about my benefits. Submitted several help desk tickets with no answers
I can flip burgers for the same pay
Providing appropriate salary according to the performance
Getting paid on time and knowing who to contact about it
For the company to feel the heat of the revenue loss, not the employee benefit package.

Good knowledgeable work force, and are trying their best.

the extra attention given to safety

No phones would help alot
Pretty much everything. A few excel, while most are treated to toxic misogyny, lack of management, lack of long-term planning and short-fused action.
Transparency. A happy worker is a productive worker.

This question are so irelevent and messed up We pull a slip in the hall And no one wants to pull that slip, and us as people we had enough

The comfortable enviroment and teamwork
When the upper management leave you alone and quit downgrading you and belittling you and let you do your job

Very difficult to begin. It's like trying to turn a monster into a kitten.
