  • we could use more transparent policy making and better top down communication, but overall management is positive.

  • good. shifts are reasonable. call shifts are only 4 hours. if overtime is available it is volunteer based not mandatory.

  • I am expected to work long hours to meet deadlines and targets, this means I start early and finish late, I feel unhealthy because I do not have time to exercise or relax
