What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Site Administrator is "very visible & present".

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The bottom and top have to listen to each other. Too much upper level management that should be refreshed.
communication. approachability. there has been improvement, but still room to grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good pay, holidays & benefits(medical, pension)
Dental bennifits are not keeping up with the dental cost the dentists fees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living adjustments and a true work merit raise

nurses get fantastic rates on the system wide healthcare plan, the rest of us......do not
What are some of the best things about your team?
Mutual respect and validation...also fun and interesting.
we have fun together as well as trust each other

They are nice to you and feel like family.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
High level meetings are never attended buy senior staff. This would bring a lot of ideas to the fore.

Respectful, validating. together wihh a sense of humor
Getting a pay check and going home at the end of the day.

What did you like most about the interview process?
One of the interviewers was perceptive and used effective questions.
• Survey the location with well site foreman and tool pusher • Organized the Trucks ,Crane ,forklift before start the job. • Pull out all mud Tanks ,Mud pumps, generators , HCR Room ..and escort from old to new location. • Responsible for loading and unloading equipment on the trucks. •
It was 30 years ago and was very relaxed.
