There is such a separation of collaboration between workers on the floor and management.... that deficiencies and and excess workloads of the bottom will never be taken serious.

The bottom and top have to listen to each other. Too much upper level management that should be refreshed.

High level meetings are never attended buy senior staff. This would bring a lot of ideas to the fore.
