Mr. Matthew M. Walsh serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Catalent Pharma Solutions, LLC. At GenTek, he was responsible for managing all of its financial activities, including accounting, tax, treasury, risk management, information technology and internal controls, which included Sarbanes Oxley compliance. He was involved in numerous financings and M&A transactions. He served as Operations Controller of GenTek from December 2000 to August 2004. Mr. Walsh served as Vice President and Treasurer of GenTek Inc., from January 2000 to December 2000 and served as its Group Controller for Performance Products of General Chemical Corporation, subsidiary of GenTek Inc., from October 1997 to December 1999. He worked at Gentek from 1996 to 2006. He served in various financial and operating roles at GAF Corporation, M&T Bank Corporation and Chevron Corporation. He served in corporate development and other roles in banking and the chemicals industry. He served as a Director of Multi-Color Corp. from August 28, 2015 to August 9,2017. He served as a Director of Spectrum Group International Inc. from December 5, 2006 to March 6, 2008. Mr. Walsh received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (R) charterholder.

Mr. Barry B. Littlejohns has been the President of Biologics & Specialty Drug Delivery at Catalent, Inc. since October 24, 2017. Mr. Littlejohns serves as President of Advanced Delivery Technologies at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc. Mr. Littlejohns served as the President of Drug Delivery Solutions at Catalent, Inc. (formerly, PTS Holdings Corp) since September 27, 2016. Mr. Littlejohns served as President of Advanced Delivery Technologies at Catalent, Inc. since July 2013 until September 27, 2016 and previously served as President of Medication Delivery Solutions since July 2013. Mr. Littlejohns served as the President of Medication Delivery Solutions at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc. since July 5, 2011. He joined Catalent (formerly RP Scherer Corporation) in 1989. Mr. Littlejohns served as Head of Business Development & Operations and Senior Vice President of Genmab A/S. Mr. Littlejohns joined Genmab in 2009 and where his responsibilities included strategic licensing and manufacturing oversight. He has extensive experience and proven success in leading international life science businesses, having spent ten years working in Europe and ten in the US. He served as the Vice President of bal Business Operations at Medication Delivery Solutions. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Injectables at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc. While at Catalent he was responsible for four manufacturing facilities, identifying and evaluating commercial growth opportunities and developing and implementing cost saving systems, processes and initiatives. Prior to joining Catalent, he served as a Vice President of Cardinal Health, Inc. Mr. Littlejohns holds a Business and Finance Degree from Swindon College.

Mr. William Downie, also known as Will, has been Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Sales at Catalent, Inc. since June 2010. Mr. Downie has been the Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing of Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc. since October 12, 2009 and serves as its Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Downie served as the Group President of Sterile Technologies at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc. until June 11, 2010. He served as Vice President and Global Leader at GE Healthcare's Molecular Imaging business. He also served at GE Healthcare as Vice President and General Manager of Medical Diagnostics of Europe, Middle East and Africa; Vice President and General Manager of Europe; and as a Vice President of Sales at Medical Diagnostics of Europe. Prior to GE Healthcare, Mr. Downie served senior management positions in operations, sales and marketing at Innovex UK Limited, a contract sales division of Quintiles. Mr. Downie also served prior commercial leadership positions at Sanofi-Synthelabo UK, Sanofi-Winthrop Limited and Merck. Mr. Downie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Edinburgh.

Mr. Steven L. Fasman has been Senior Vice President, Company Secretary and General Counsel at Catalent, Inc. since October 2014. Mr. Fasman has been General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc. since October 14, 2014. Mr. Fasman serves as the President of Pneumo Abex, L.L.C. Mr. Fasman joined Catalent with an accomplished legal career and extensive experience in a broad range of industries in both private practice and corporate in-house roles. Mr. Fasman served as Executive Vice President-Law of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, Inc. As the senior lawyer in the MacAndrews & Forbes legal department, he oversaw all legal aspects pertaining to its business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, SEC filings, regulatory issues and commercial deals. He served as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of M&F Worldwide Corp. from March 2008 to 2011. He joined M&F Worldwide's legal staff in 1992 from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, served in various positions of increasing responsibility and became Executive Vice President in January 2012. He focused on domestic and international litigation and regulatory proceedings. He served as Vice President-Law at MacAndrews & Forbes from 1998 to 2003 and Senior Counsel at MacAndrews & Forbes from 1992 to 1997. From 1987 to 1992, he was associated with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. He served as an Independent Director of SIGA Technologies, Inc. from May 30, 2007 to 2011. Mr. Fasman serves as President and a trustee of the Jewish Board of Family & Children's Services in New York City. He is a law-graduate of Yale University with a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Princeton University.
