Mr. Jeffrey S. Musser, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. since March 1, 2014. Mr. Musser served as Chief Information Officer of Expeditors International of Washington Inc., since January 2005 and its Executive Vice President since May 2009. He served as a Secretary of Eden Bioscience Corp., from June 2000 to September 30, 2008, Vice President of Finance from June 2000 to December 15, 2006 and its Principal Accounting Officer until September 30, 2008. From March 1994 to July 1998, he served as a Vice President and Corporate Controller of Gold River Productions Inc. (formerly, Omega Environmental Inc). In 1983, Mr. Powell joined KPMG Peat Marwick, an international public accounting firm, as a Certified Public Accountant and served as a Senior Audit Manager from 1990 to March 1994. Mr. Powell holds a B.S in Accounting from Central Washington University.

Mr. Eugene K. Alger has been the President of Global Services at Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. since August 12, 2015. Mr. Alger served as an Executive Vice President of Global Services at Expeditors International of Washington Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President of North America since March 2008. Mr. Alger was responsible for Expeditors International's offices in the western United States and Mexico. From 1983 to 2002, he was a Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. He serves as the Chairman of Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and served as its Vice Chairman. He has been a Director of Expeditors International of Washington Inc. since August 4, 2014. He serves as a Trustee of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.

Mr. William A. Romberger, III, has been Senior Vice President of The Americas at Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. since April 1, 2017. He is employee at BAE Systems Simula, Inc. From 2002 to 2009, he worked for honeywell international, inc., where he held progressively responsible roles concluding as the vice president and general counsel, aerospace global operations. Mr. Clark received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from Yale University.
