Mr. Carl J. Lukach has been Vice President of Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations at the new Performance Chemicals company since September 2014. Mr. Lukach has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Univar Inc. since December 08, 2014 and has been its Principal Accounting Officer since August 5, 2015. He served as Vice President of Investor Relations at E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company from February 2013 to September 2014. He served as President of DuPont East Asia for EI DuPont de Nemours & Company. He served as Vice President of Investor Relations for EI DuPont de Nemours & Co., since October 1, 2004. Mr. Lukach managed E I Dupont De's interactions with the investment community and leads activities in Japan, Korea, ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand. He served as Global Business Director of DuPont Nonwovens of EI Dupont De Nemours & Co., from 2000 to 2004. He joined Ei Dupont De Nemours & Co. at headquarters in Wilmington, Del., in 1980 and has served a variety of finance and business positions over 23 years. He has served in several business leadership positions during his 27-year career, including six years in Asia Pacific from 1989 to 1995. From 1977 to 1980, Mr. Lukach served for Price Waterhouse (Philadelphia) as an Auditor and Tax Consultant. From 1980 to 1989, he served a variety of positions in the Tax Division of DuPont Finance and Conoco (Former Known as DuPont group member company). From 1989 to 1995, he served as Managing Director-Finance, DuPont Japan located in Tokyo, Japan with responsibility for the finance function and strategic planning for its fourteen joint ventures in Japan. Since 1995, Mr. Lukach served as Finance Director of DuPont Automotive where he led a number of value-based management initiatives and acquisition projects and was responsible for financial oversight for its global performance coatings business. He served as a Director in DuPont Investor Relations from 1998 to 1999. He served as Vice Chairman of Finance of the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry (INDA) and Chairman of its International Trade Advisory Board. Mr. Lukach received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 1977 from Lehigh University and Masters of Science Degree in Taxation from Widener University in 1985. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Michael Hildebrand, also known as Mike, has been the President of Canada, Global Agriculture & Environmental Sciences at Univar Inc. since October 2014. Mr. Hildebrand served as the President of ChemPoint Inc., from 2014 to July 2015. Mr. Hildebrand served as a Vice President of Global Agriculture and Environmental Sciences at Univar Inc. from January 2013 to October 2014. Mr. Hildebrand joined Univar in 1991. From December 2010 to January 2013, Mr. Hildebrand served as Vice President of Human Resources, Canada. Mr. Hildebrand held General Manager positions for Alberta from December 2006 to November 2011. Mr. Hildebrand earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration and Education from the University of Calgary.

Mr. David C. Jukes has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Univar Inc. since May 4, 2017. Mr. Jukes served as Executive Vice President at Univar Inc. since June 1, 2016. He serves as the President of Univar USA Inc. Mr. Jukes has been the President of Univar Europe N.V. since 2011. He served as the President of Europe, The Middle East and Africa, Latin America and Asia Pacific (EMEA) at Univar Inc. since September 11, 2015 until June 1, 2016. He joined Univar in 2002. Mr. Jukes served as the President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Univar Inc., from January 2011 to September 11, 2015. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Distrupol Limited since 2002 and he was instrumental in establishing. He also served as Regional Director of Univar UK, Ireland and the Nordics and as Vice President of its Sales and Marketing EMEA. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development for the polymers division at Ellis & Everard. He joined E&E in 1991. He has been a Non-Executive Director of DCC plc since March 31, 2015. Mr. Jukes educated at Cowley School, St Helens and London Business School.

Mr. Eric W. Foster has been Chief Information Officer of Univar Inc. since December 9, 2016 and its Senior Vice President since December 24, 2016. Mr. Foster served as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Baxalta Incorporated, where he led efforts to accelerate the adoption of cloud-based computing, mobile applications and digital platforms that enabled business growth and created competitive advantage through scalable technology solutions, improved analytics and digital products. Prior to Baxalta's separation from Baxter, he served as Vice President of Information Technology. He also held several executive level IT roles with Baxter International and GE Capital/Heller Financial. He served as chief technology officer for Publicis Groupe. He started his career at Accenture (Formerly, Andersen Consulting). He holds a bachelor's degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from the University of Illinois.

Ms. Jennifer A. McIntyre has been Chief Supply Chain Operations Officer at Univar Inc. since December 2017. Ms. McIntyre served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Univar Inc. since April 28, 2017 until December 2017. Ms. McIntyre served as a Vice President of USA Supply Chain and Transportation of Univar Inc. since December 2014. Ms. McIntyre joined Univar in June 2013 as Vice President of Regional Supply Chain. Ms. McIntyre has 26 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry and served in several senior leadership positions at Rohm and Haas, a subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company that manufactures specialty chemicals and with The Dow Chemical Company, one of the world?? s largest chemical manufacturers. Most recently, Ms. McIntyre served as Global Supply Chain Director at The Dow Chemical Company from January 2010 to June 2013. Ms. McIntyre earned her Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and holds an M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering also from Drexel University.

Mr. Mark Fisher has been President of USA business at Univar Inc since December 19, 2017. Mr. Fisher has more than 15 years of strategic sales and operations experience within the telecommunications, pharmaceutical and healthcare distribution sectors where he led high-performing teams and consistently delivered profitable growth while improving costs through streamlined operations. He joined Univar from Owens & Minor (O&M), a US-based healthcare distribution and medical supply company. In his most recent role as Vice President and General Manager ' Clinical and Procedural Solutions, he was responsible for O&M's medical kitting and packaging business in the U.S. He joined O&M in 2011 as Regional Vice President for the central region where he had full responsibility over 14 distribution centers covering 19 states. In 2013, he was promoted to Vice President ' DC Network, leading O&M's domestic operations team of 3600 employees and 43 distribution centers. He served in that role until 2015 when he was promoted to his most recent position. Prior to O&M, he worked for McKesson Corporation's U.S. Pharmaceutical division as Director of Sales, Director of Operations and finally Vice President and General Manager of their Mid-South Area. In that role he managed McKesson's retail and health system pharmaceutical distribution business from a sales and operations perspective. Before McKesson, he worked for BriteSmile and AT&T in various sales and operations management roles. Mr. Fisher holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and a master's degree from San Diego State University. Upon graduating from Purdue, he served over nine years in the U.S. Navy as a naval aviator.

Mr. Jeffrey W. Carr has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Univar Inc. since May 11, 2017. Mr. Carr has more than 30 years of experience in corporate law, including more than 10 years as the General Counsel and Secretary of FMC Technologies, Inc. As General Counsel, he was responsible for oversight of governance, regulatory, compliance, commercial, litigation, securities and other corporate matters. He also developed unique legal delivery concepts that drove process excellence and efficiency for the legal function. Mr. Carr served as General Counsel and Secretary of FMC Technologies Inc., since 2001 and its Senior Vice President since 2010. Mr. Carr served as an Associate General Counsel of FMC Corporation since 1997. He served as a Vice President at FMC Technologies Inc. He served as President of ValoremNext LLC, part of the ValoremGroup. He practiced international trade law in Washington, D.C., and clerked for The Honorable Murray M. Schwartz, United States District Court judge for the District of Delaware. He served as a Director of John Bean Technologies Corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree in government and foreign affairs from the University of Virginia and a juris doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. He also completed post-graduate studies in international business and affairs.

Mr. Nick Powell has been President of EMEA & APAC at Univar Inc. since December 9, 2016. Mr. Powell served as Vice President of Focused Industries - EMEA at Univar Inc. from October 2011 to December 9, 2016. He joined Univar in September 2009 as Regional Director for Middle East and Africa and also served as its Regional Vice President. Prior to joining Univar, he served as President of Aqualyng Water Solutions. Mr. Powell spent almost 20 years in the chemical industry, primarily in the water treatment chemicals and construction chemicals fields. He earned his HNC in Chemistry from The University of the West of England.

Mr. George J. Fuller has been Senior Vice President of Local Chemical Distribution - USA at Univar Inc. since January 2017. Mr. Fuller served as an Executive Vice President of Global Sourcing & Basic Chemicals at Univar Inc. since April 2015 and served as its President of Basic Chemical Solutions (BCS) from April 2013 to April 2015. Mr. Fuller joined Univar in April 2013. With 26 years of chemical distribution and chemical manufacturing industry experience, Mr. Fuller has a proven track record of exceptional performance. From November 2012 to February 2013, Mr. Fuller was Executive Vice President of Hydrite Chemical Co., a leading provider of chemicals and related services in North America. Mr. Fuller held numerous leadership roles at Hydrite, including Vice President, Sales and Procurement as well positions in sales, product management, procurement and business management. He was a top sales director and general manager for Prillaman Chemical Corporation, a Division of Ellis & Everard. Mr. Fuller earned his B.S. degree in Business and Marketing from Marshall University.
