Mr. Doug Nave is the Founder of ADDvantage Technologies Group Inc. and has been its President of Nave Communications Division since March 2014.

Mr. Donald E. Kinison, also known as Don, has been Vice President of Sales at ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. since May 08, 2017. Mr. Kinison served as Senior Vice President of Commercial and Enterprise Services of Impact Telecom Inc. and served as its Vice President of Commercial Services since February 26, 2014. He served as Vice President of Commercial Services at Impact Telecom Limited since February 27, 2014. He served as Vice President of Business Sales at ANPI, LLC. Mr. Kinison is a highly accomplished sales and business development executive with more than 20 years of telecommunications experience managing sales and technology teams at ANPI, Cbeyond, CellularOne and Time Warner. In previous positions, he was responsible for the development and management of business solutions channels and direct sales. He also spent eight years in various business development and executive roles at Cbeyond Inc. where he oversaw sales and operations in the southern region, managed 240 employees and successfully launched two new markets. Mr. Kinison has a bachelor's degree in marketing from University of Nebraska, Lincoln. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Kinison was the Senior Vice President of Sales for Associated Network Partners, Inc., a provider of various telecommunications services for carriers. From 2003 to 2012, Mr. Kinison held various senior management positions, including the Vice President and General Manager of Cbeyond, Inc., a telecommunications and information technology company.

Mr. David E. Chymiak, also known as Dave, serves as the President of Sales at Tulsat Corporation. Mr. Chymiak has been the Chief Technology Officer of ADDvantage Technologies Group Inc. since April 2012. Mr. Chymiak serves as Vice President of ADDvantage Technologies Group Inc. Mr. Chymiak has been the Chairman of the Board at ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. since August 12, 2014. Mr. Chymiak served as Chairman of ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. from 1999 to April 2012 and has been its Director since 1999. Mr. Chymiak served as a Director of Tulsat Corporation and ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc.

Mr. Scott A. Francis has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. since September 15, 2008 and has been its Secretary since August 06, 2009. In these capacities, Mr. Francis is responsible for all areas of financial reporting, general accounting, information technology and risk management. He has over 25 years of finance and management experience. Mr. Francis served as a Controller of Accounting at Vanguard Car Rental USA, Inc. since 2004 to September 2008, where he directed various accounting functions including risk management, commissions, general accounting, employee benefits and financial systems. Prior to Vanguard, he served as Manager of Financial Reporting at WilTel Communications, Inc., from 1997 to 2004, for which he managed all financial reporting and general accounting functions. Mr. Francis also served at The Williams Companies, Inc. in their SEC financial reporting and consolidations accounting area. He worked at Ernst & Young for over four years, performing audits for both private and publicly-traded companies. He served as a Director at ADDvantage Technologies Group Inc. since 2011. Mr. Francis is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Francis holds Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1989.
