When there is a dispute Affirms website is very difficult to work with. When I send one response re- a dispute I cannot send another response if I need too. My current dispute has been going on almost three months and nothing is happening. I will never use your company again. Ever

Like most Corporate Financial institutions, any error is automatically a consumer end issue. Even with direct evidence that implicates Affrim with a simple error, it is met with disdain. When the consumer does his/her due diligence, what else is left? Affirm has no HONOR! They broke the trust!
Customer service. Cant evwn tell me what i owe on my account thwn lie about no phone number on record. Sounding like fraud.
