That they were in time
That they reach out to you very quickly and keep you updated.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Excessive hours of interviews, sometimes to answer the same questions. Interviewers didn't seem prepared to have thoughtful conversations, using interview questions like a checklist.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there should be focus on customer challenges and a path to prioritize fixing these issues.
