Mr. John J. Gormally has been Chief Executive Officer of Akers Biosciences, Inc. since November 16, 2015. From 2001 to 2002, he served as the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for BEI Medical Systems Company, Inc., prior to rejoining Becton from 2002 to 2013. He served as Vice President of sales of BEI Medical Systems Company, Inc since July 2001. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Gormally served as the Vice President of U.S. Sales and Operations for ConvaTec, a former division of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. From 1978 to 1998, Mr. Gormally held a variety of sales and marketing positions with Becton Dickinson, beginning as a sales representative and rising through management posts of increasing responsibility to become Director of Corporate National Accounts in 1989, Vice President of Sales of Vacutainer Systems in 1992; Area Vice President of healthcare systems division, in 1995; and Vice President of Corporate Sales, Genesis Project, in 1997. He successfully led numerous Fortune 500 healthcare sales organizations including Becton Dickinson and Bristol-Meyers Squibb, as well as the commercial development and sale of a medical start up business. He serves as Member of Advisory Board at Velano Vascular, Inc. He has been a Director of Akers Biosciences, Inc. since August 7, 2017. Mr. Gormally has over 30 years of experience as a member of senior management in the healthcare industry. Mr. Gormally served in a wide range of positions with Becton through 2013, focusing primarily on commercialization of Becton's products and fostering sales growth. In 2013, Mr. Gormally founded Gormally Elite Medical LLC, a healthcare consulting firm that specializes in human resources and developing go-to-market commercialization strategies. Mr. Gormally holds a B.S. Degree in Biology from DeSales University in 1978, has successfully completed executive seminars at Harvard and Columbia Universities.

Dr. Raymond F. Akers, Jr., Ph.D. Co-Founded Akers Biosciences, Inc. in 1989 and has been its Chief Scientific Director from April 22, 2016 and Secretary since August 5, 2013. Dr. Akers is the inventor of the HealthTEST technology. Dr. Akers served as the President of Akers Biosciences Inc. since March 28, 2014 until April 22, 2016. Dr. Akers served as Chief Executive Officer of Akers Biosciences Inc. until April 2008. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Akers Biosciences Inc. since March 28, 2014. Dr. Akers served as the Chairman of Akers Biosciences Inc. since 1989 and President and Chief Executive Officer since December, 1996. Dr. Akers Co-founded Drug Screening Systems, Inc. in 1987 and served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Research and Development of Drug Screening until the sale of Drug Screening Systems, Inc. in 1989. Dr. Akers Co-founded Akers Medical Technology in 1984 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until 1987. Dr. Akers has been an Executive Chairman of Akers Biosciences, Inc. since August 10, 2017. Dr. Akers served as an Executive Chairman of Akers Biosciences, Inc. since December 31, 2009 until April 22, 2016. Dr. Akers served as Vice Chairman of Akers Biosciences, Inc. from April 2016 to August 24, 2017 and has been its Director 1989. Dr. Akers served as an Executive Vice Chairman of Akers Biosciences, Inc. since April 2008 until December 31, 2009. Dr. Akers served as a Member of Science Advisory Board of Pulse Health LLC. Dr. Akers holds a PhD in Neurochemistry from Northwestern University. Dr. Akers has either invented or directed the research and development of all of the Company's products and technologies. He has over 25 years of experience in the diagnostics industry.

Mr. Gary M. Rauch serves as Chief Financial Officer of Akers Biosciences, Inc. Mr. Rauch has been Vice President of Finance of Akers Biosciences, Inc. since March 2010. He serves as Principal Accounting Officer of Akers Biosciences, Inc. and has been its Treasurer since August 5, 2013 and served as its Financial Controller since March 2010. Mr. Rauch has over 40 years of Accounting, Information Systems and Operations Consulting experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing and distribution. Mr. Rauch also founded DataSys Solutions, LLC in 2004 and serves as its Managing member. From July, 2002 through March, 2010, Mr. Rauch was the controller for Cold Star, Inc., a manufacturer of dairy dispensing equipment and a dairy products distributor. Mr. Rauch also worked for six years as consulting manager with Deloitte & Touche providing financial system selection, development and implementation services for their small to middle market clients. He holds an Associate degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.

Gary Rauch serves as the Treasurer / VP, Finance of Akers Biosciences, Inc.. Gary currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
