Accounts Payable supervisor may not be the ideal candidate to lead the accounting department due to a lack of sufficient accounting experience. Additionally, there seems to be an excessive amount of drama in the work environment.

Great company, Flexbile (wfh) which i like the most. Good culture but if there are more programmes for Growth & New learnings for every department or community then it would be more than good. I think Awesome would come in place of good or Great.
