Mr. Bradford C. Barton, also known as Brad, has been the Chief Operating Officer at Alliqua, Inc. since August 29, 2014. Mr. Barton served as the President of U.S. Business/ConvaTec Americas at ConvaTec Healthcare B S.a.r.l. He was responsible for all ConvaTec businesses in the U.S., Canada and Latin America. In his time at ConvaTec, he led the team responsible for the acquisition and integration of 180 Medical and Abviser. He was instrumental in helping to establish Convatec as a standalone company in the Americas. Prior to his America's role, he had responsibilities for ConvaTec's business in China, Asia, Japan and Australia. He joined ConvaTec in 1996. He has extensive knowledge of U.S. distribution channels, GPO's and the post acute care market segment. Mr. Barton has held a number of sales leadership roles at Calgon Corp. and Vestal Laboratories. He was responsible for the U.S. marketing and sales strategy of the Ostomy Care, Wound Therapeutics and Continence and Critical Care business units. Mr. Barton has more than 28 years of experience in sales and marketing, holding several positions throughout the company. He served as Vice President of Americas where he was responsible for driving revenue growth for Wound Therapeutics in U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. In his tenure, he delivered positive results through the strategic alignment of the U.S. Wound Therapeutics sales force, the successful sales of growth products such as AQUACEL??? Ag SURGICAL and the retention and rebuilding of the Flexi-Seal??? FMS market share. He has also served in many different marketing and distribution roles throughout the company. Mr. Barton holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Phoenix and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of North Carolina.

Mr. Pellegrino Pionati, also known as Nino, has been Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer of Alliqua BioMedical, Inc. since June 15, 2015. Mr. Pionati joined Alliqua BioMedical from Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, where he served as the Vice President of Marketing for Bayer's Essure portfolio and a member of the Global Franchise and Women's Health Care Leadership teams. Prior to joining Bayer, he spent over 14 years at ConvaTec and Bristol Myers Squibb, where he held several global marketing positions at the corporate level. Mr. Pionati served as the President of Intercontinental Business at ConvaTec Healthcare B S.a.r.l. Mr. Pionati served as the President of Intercontinental at ConvaTec Limited since February 2011. Mr. Pionati was with ConvaTec since 1998 and served as its Senior Vice President, Global Marketing & Business Development, President of Global Marketing, Business Development and International and President of the Intercontinental Region. His previous experience includes 15 years with Johnson & Johnson holding various positions of increasing responsibility in medical devices globally. Mr. Pionati served as President of Ostomy Care Business Unit of ConvaTec from October 29, 2008 to February 8, 2011. Mr. Pionati holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburg's Katz School of Business and a Bachelors of Commerce in Marketing from Concordia University of Montreal.
