I enjoyed the on-site interview (COVID safe), it was nice to meet my team prior to accepting the offer.

Company direction is set very actively at high management levels, to the point where it often devolves to micromanagement. Strategic direction is not consistent and changes frequently, giving the impression that they prefer to chase "shiny new things" than focus on the core of their business.
