Mr. James G. Marken, also known as Jim, has been the Senior Vice President of Operations & Product Development at ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since May 2016 and served as its Vice President of Operations since June 19, 2013. Mr. Marken provides leadership for the Production, Engineering and Logistics functions for ANI's multi-site prescription drug, over-the-counter and potent compound facilities in Baudette, MN and Gulfport, M.S. Mr. Marken has over 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. He served as Vice President of Operations at BioSante Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to joining ANI Pharmaceuticals in 2007 as General Manager of ANI's Minnesota Facilities, he worked for Solvay Pharmaceuticals in various departments including Quality Control, Validation and Manufacturing. Mr. Marken holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Bemidji State University.

Mr. Robert W. Schrepfer, also known as Bob, has been Senior Vice President of New Business Development & Specialty Sales at ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since May 2016 and served as its Vice President of New Business Development & Contract Manufacturing (ANI) since August 12, 2013. He serves as the Co-Founder at Chesapeake Therapeutics, LLC. Mr. Schrepfer served as Managing Director and Assistant Portfolio Manager at Healthcare Value Capital, a healthcare investment firm, since 2005. Previously, Mr. Schrepfer served as Vice President, Equity Research covering the Major and Specialty Pharmaceuticals sector at Bear Stearns & Cos, Inc. Mr. Schrepfer is a Member of the Health Sector Advisory Council at Duke University. He served as a Director of BioSante Pharmaceuticals, Inc. until July 12, 2013. He had been a Director of ANIP Acquisition Company d/b/a ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ANI) since 2010 and became a Director of BioSante upon the recently completed merger of ANI into a wholly-owned subsidiary of BioSante. He earned an MBA in Finance and Health Sector Management from Duke University.

Dr. David J. Sullivan, Ph.D. has been the Vice President of Quality Operations at ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since February 2015. Dr. Sullivan joined ANI in April 2014 from Boston Scientific where he was responsible for cGMP laboratories, quality engineering, and systems. Prior to Dr. Sullivan's nine years at Boston Scientific, he worked in quality operations for pharmaceutical firms, including Abbvie (formerly, Solvay Pharmaceuticals) as a research scientist. Dr. Sullivan earned his Ph.D. in analytical chemistry and his B.S. in chemistry from South Dakota State University.

Mr. Stephen P. Carey has been Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since May 6, 2016. Mr. Carey has over 20 years of experience as a financial executive, 15 of which are in the pharmaceutical industry. From June 2007 to October 2015, he held various financial executive positions at Par Pharmaceutical Companies, Inc., including Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. He held various financial and accounting positions at Schering Plough Corporation. He began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Carey graduated from Montclair State University with a BS in Accounting.

Jim Marken serves as the Sr. Vice President, Operations of ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc.. Jim started at ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in May of 2007. Jim currently resides in the Grand Forks, North Dakota Area.

Stephen Carey serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc.. Stephen started at ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in May of 2016. Stephen currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

Karen Quinn serves as the Vice President Regulatory Affairs of ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc.. Karen started at ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Jan of 2017. Karen currently resides in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area.
