Mr. Joseph F. Puishys, also known as Joe, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. since August 22, 2011. Mr. Puishys has over 32 years experience in manufacturing businesses, since 2008 as President of Honeywell's Environmental and Combustion Controls division. Prior to that, he led Honeywell Building Solutions, a global leader in the installation and service of integrated building solutions. He also held leadership positions in companies that were eventually bought by Honeywell, including Bendix Friction Materials and Garrett Engine Boosting System. He has also served in numerous executive and financial positions across Honeywell's businesses. Mr. Puishys has been a Director of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. since August 22, 2011. He served as a Director of Arctic Cat Inc., since November 2012 until March 6, 2017. As president of Honeywell Building Solutions, Mr. Puishys received several awards from Honeywell for the turnaround of the commercial construction business. He received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Bryant University and his Master's in Business Administration from Providence College.

Mr. James S. Porter, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. since October 13, 2005 and 2015 respectively. Mr. Porter served as a Vice President of Strategy and Planning at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. from 2002 to 2005 and served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer from July 12, 2005 to October 13, 2005. Mr. Porter joined Apogee Enterprises Inc. in 1997 as Assistant Controller, was promoted to Controller in 1998 and to Vice President of Finance and Planning in 2000. His prior experience includes six years with Rollerblade, a consumer products company based in Minneapolis, where Mr. Porter last served as Vice President of Finance and Controller and four years at Ecolab, a manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemicals based in St. Paul, where he last served as Financial Analyst in the institutional division. He holds an MBA from the University of Iowa, Iowa City and a bachelor's in finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Mr. John Alfred Klein has been the Senior Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain Management at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. since April 30, 2012. Mr. Klein served as Director of Operations at Cooper Industries' Power Systems Division from 2008 to 2012. He served as a Vice President of Operations at Rexnord Industries' Bearing Division from 2005 to 2007. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Management and a bachelor's in biochemistry from the University of Illinois.

Ms. Patricia A. Beithon, also known as Pat, has been a General Counsel and Secretary of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. since September 1999 and serves as its Ethics Officer and Corporate Governance Compliance Officer. Ms. Beithon served as a Divisional Legal Counsel of Pfizer, Inc. subsidiaries, American Medical Systems, Inc and Schneider (USA), Inc. from 1990 to 1999. She earned law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, Minneapolis and a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.

Mr. Gary R. Johnson has been Vice President and Treasurer of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. since January 2001 and held various management positions within it since 1995. Mr. Johnson holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
