Mr. Alejandro Rojas, D.V.M., has been the Chief Operating Officer of Aquabounty Farms at AquaBounty Technologies, Inc. since February 2014. Mr. Rojas joined AquaBounty in February 2014. He served as the Production and Technical Manager for Marine Harvest from 1988 to 2000, where he was responsible for operations and the production of salmonids in Chile. He was responsible for managing Quality Control Labs, Environmental Programs and Fish Health Programs. Mr. Rojas has a doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and for the past 14 years has been a Technical Advisor and Consultant to numerous global aquaculture and biotech companies working with marine fish, including salmon, seabass, seabream and barramundi. His areas of expertise include benchmarking and market studies, technical and economic analysis for M&A activities, new species development in Latin America, the Middle East and Africa and consulting on fish production, aquatic health, environment and bio security programs to private companies and governments.

Mr. David A. Frank, M.B.A., has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of AquaBounty Technologies, Inc. since October 15, 2007 and served as its Secretary since October 15, 2007. Mr. Frank served as the Chief Financial Officer of Magellan Diagnostics, Inc. He served as President TekCel LLC, a subsidiary of Magellan Biosciences, Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of SmartEnergy Holdings, LLC. He served as Corporate Controller of Moldflow Corporation. His background also includes senior financial roles at PerSeptive Biosystems, Lotus, Apollo Computer and Honeywell. He has over 18 years of experience in the computer software, hardware and biotechnology industries. Mr. Frank served as an Executive Director of Aqua Bounty Technologies, Inc. since October 15, 2007. He holds Bachelor of Science degree (magna cum laude) in Finance and Accounting from Boston College and a Master of business administration degree with distinction from Babson College.
