Mr. Mariano Tannenbaum has been Chief Financial Officer of Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. since February 1, 2017. Mr. Tannenbaum has substantial experience as a financial executive and has held various senior corporate positions at Arcos Dorados since joining it in 2008 and served as Senior Director of Corporate Finance. In this role, he was responsible for business planning and development, as well as management of Arcos Dorados financing structures. Previously, Mr. Tannenbaum had an extensive international career in Europe and the United States, working as a Managing Director of the IFG Group in Switzerland and Senior Treasury Manager of Tyco International. Earlier in his career, he worked at Sabre Holdings in London. He worked for an economic consulting group in Argentina and the Argentine government as part of the Ministry of Treasury and Public Finances. Mr. Tannenbaum holds a BA in Economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, a Masters in Finance from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and MBA from the London Business School.

Mr. Marcelo Rabach has been Chief Operating Officer at Arcos Dorados Holdings, Inc. since August 2015. Mr. Rabach served as Divisional President of NOLAD at Arcos Dorados Holdings, Inc since 2013 until August 2015. and served as its Vice President of Operations Development since 2011. He served as Divisional President of Brazil from 2008 to 2011 at Arcos Dorados Holdings, Inc. He served as McDonald's Chief Operating Officer in Venezuela from 2005 to 2008. He began his career at McDonald's Argentina in 1990 and has over 17 years of line operations experience, starting as a crew employee and steadily advancing into larger operational roles. From 1999 to 2005, he was responsible for the operations, real estate, construction, human resources, local store marketing and training and franchising of a region within Argentina, holding the positions of Operations Manager and Operations Director. Mr. Rabach holds a Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa in 2002.

Mr. Woods Staton serves as a Managing Director of Grupo Pegasus. Mr. Staton has been an Executive Chairman of Arcos Dorados Holdings, Inc. since 2007. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Arcos Dorados Holdings, Inc. from 2007 to October 1, 2015. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Arcos Dorados, S.A. He served as the President of the South Cone Region of McDonald's Corporation. He has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Restco Iberoamericana, Limited. Prior to starting and establishing McDonald's in Argentina in 1985, he served as the Marketing Vice President of Grupo Indega from 1981 to 1982. Mr. Staton has spent eight years with Spal as a General Manager. He served as the Chairman at of Arcos Dorados Holdings, Inc. from 2007 to October 1, 2015. He has for years been an Executive Board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina and is the Vice Treasurer of that entity. Until 2003 when the company was sold to Femsa, Mr. Staton was the Non-Executive Chairman of Panamerican Beverages. He is also on the Board of other non- profit organizations such as the Salas Nacionales de Artes - Palais de Glace, Ashoka Argentina. Mr. Staton has over 20 years??? experience in International Business. He served as Member of International Advisory Board at Ita??? Unibanco Holding S.A. Mr. Staton is also actively involved with Ronald McDonald House Charities and has been its Founder and President in Argentina. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Emory University in Atlanta in 1971 and an M.B.A. degree from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1976.
