Mr. James J. Moore, Jr., J.D. has been Chief Executive Officer and President at Atlantic Power Corporation since January 26, 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of CVPS from February 2001 to March 2002; prior to joining Central Vermont Public Service Corp., from 2000 to 2001, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He served in a variety of legal, business development and executive roles in the energy industry since 1982. He served as Vice Chair of Catamount Energy Corporation until October 20, 2005.He has been Director of Comverge, Inc. since February 2012. He has been a Director of Atlantic Power Corporation since January 26, 2015. He serves as a Director of KDC Solar LLC and Professional Directional, Ltd. He serves as a Director of SmartEnergy Water Heating Services, Inc. and CVPS subsidiaries. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of International Power Plc. He served as a Director of International Power America, Inc. He was a Member of the Board of Trustees for Green Mountain College. He holds a J.D. from the University of Houston and a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.

Mr. Joseph E. Cofelice, also known as Joe, has been Executive Vice President of Commercial Development at Atlantic Power Corporation since September 16, 2015. Mr. Cofelice has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Westerly Wind LLC from 2010 to September 2015. He served as the President of Catamount Energy Corporation from May 2002 to 2008. Mr. Cofelice served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of American National Power from 1987 to 2002. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of General Compression since December 2012. Mr. Cofelice was 15 years at ANP and from 1994 to 2001, he held various senior management positions, including Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to that, he served as Vice-President of ESBI Energy. He held management positions with EOG Resources (formerly known as BelNorth Petroleum Corp.) Mr. Cofelice holds B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration on Finance from Northeastern University.

Mr. Jeffrey S. Levy has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Atlantic Power Corporation since January 16, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Legal since October 3, 2015 until January 16, 2016. Mr. Levy joined Atlantic Power in March 2012. He has responsibility for managing all of the Atlantic Power's legal affairs. Prior to joining Atlantic Power, he served as Legal Vice President at First Wind from 2008 to 2012, serving as lead attorney for all project development, construction and financings as well as acquisitions and joint ventures. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Levy served as in-house counsel at Ameresco. Before working as in-house counsel, he was an Attorney at major law firms in Boston, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and corporate matters. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Levy is also a registered professional engineer.

Mr. Terrence Ronan, also known as Terry, has been Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of Atlantic Power Corporation since August 20, 2012. and served as its Corporate Secretary. In this position, Mr. Ronan is responsible for all of finance-related functions as well as playing a central role in the development and execution of Atlantic Power's operational and strategic initiatives. Mr. Ronan served as Managing Director-Finance and Assistant Treasurer at Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. Mr. Ronan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of SemGroup Corporation (also known as SemGroup, L.P.) where he oversaw the operations of the privately held partnership engaged in the transportation, storage, terminalling and marketing of crude oil, LPG and natural gas. Mr. Ronan served as Acting Chief Executive Officer and Acting President of SemGroup, L.P. from July 2008 to November 2009. Mr. Ronan served as Senior Vice President of Finance of SemGroup, L.P. from March 2008 to July 2008. He was responsible for SemGroup's Treasury, Cash Management and Credit Functions. He served as Managing Director of Energy Finance of Merrill Lynch Capital. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Ronan served as Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Capital where he co-founded the start-up Energy Finance practice, in which he was responsible for origination activities in the midstream and E&P sectors. He served for 14 years as Managing Director at Bank of America, Boston and its predecessors Fleet Boston Financial and Bank Boston. During that time, he focused on oil and gas finance, emphasizing middle-market midstream and exploration and production companies. He is a financial professional with more than 20 years of management and capital raising experience. In addition to his corporate career, Mr. Ronan served in the U.S. Navy from 1981 to 2007, retiring after 26 years of service with the rank of Captain He has extensive Corporate Finance experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, specifically in the Midstream Sector. He also has deep experience in Energy & Production, Coal and Refining. Mr. Ronan Graduated from Bates College, Lewiston, Maine, with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology. He also has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Philip Daniel Rorabaugh, also known as Dan, has been Senior Vice President of Asset Management of Atlantic Power Corporation since February 3, 2015. Mr. Rorabaugh served as Chief Operating Officer of InterGen N.V. from January 9, 2007 to October 2008. Mr. Rorabaugh has more than 25 years of experience in power plant operations and management oversight. Mr. Rorabaugh joined InterGen from Calpine Corporation where he served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. Prior to that, Mr. Rorabaugh served as Regional Vice President of Northeast of Calpine. Mr. Rorabaugh holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University.

Joseph Couture serves as the Vice President of Information Technology of Atlantic Power Corporation. Joseph started at Atlantic Power Corporation in July of 2018. Joseph currently resides in Greater Boston Area.
