Mr. Joseph A. Shugrue has been a Vice President of Claims at Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. since December 31, 2010. Mr. Paul A. Romano, Jr., has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. since December 31, 2010 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Romano previously served as Vice President of Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. from 2002 to September 2008. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School. He received Management degree in 1996 and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois in 1984.

Mr. Bruce Wayne Giles has been a Vice President of Underwriting at Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. since December 31, 2010. Mr. Giles was Assistant Vice President of Commercial Underwriting for KAI, prior to which he held various positions with KAI from December 2003 to June 2010. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Giles held various positions with Allstate Insurance Group.

Ron Konezny serves as the Member Board Of Directors of Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc.. Ron started at Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. in July of 2018. Ron is currently based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
