Mr. David E. Rainbolt has been the Executive Chairman of BancFirst Corporation since March 23, 2017 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President from January 1992 to May 25, 2017. Mr. Rainbolt has been the Chief Operating Officer of Shawnee bank since 2003. Since 1999, he has been a Director of Community Banking at Shawnee bank and was responsible for the operations of BancFirst's locations outside of Oklahoma City and Tulsa. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of BancFirst Corporation. Mr. Rainbolt served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BancFirst Corporation and BancFirst from July 1984 to December 1991. Mr. Rainbolt served as President of Trencor Inc. from January 1982 to January 1984. Mr. Rainbolt has been Chairman of Bancfirst since 2005. He served as the Chairman of BancFirst Corp. He has been a Director of Bancfirst Corp. since July 1984, ZymeTx Inc. since 1996, a publicly-held biotechnology company and of Catalog.com Inc. since April 2000. He serves as a Director of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma. He earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Tulane University in 1979 and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1978.

Mr. Kevin Lawrence has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of BancFirst Corporation since April 1, 2015 and Since June 2013 respectively and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Lawrence served as Senior Financial Officer of BancFirst Corporation. In that role, he managed the accounting and financial reporting functions. Before joining BancFirst Corporation, Mr. Lawrence was employed by Ernst & Young where he was Senior Manager overseeing audits for banks with asset size in excess of $10 billion. Mr. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Oklahoma Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. K. Gordon Greer served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Bank IV N.A. of Wichita, Kansas, a subsidiary of Fourth Financial Corp., from 1989 to 1996. Mr. Greer serves as Principal Executive Officer of BancFirst Corporation. He served as the President of Liberty National Bank & Trust Company of Oklahoma City from 1976 to 1984. He served as Chairman of First National Bank of Tulsa, Oklahoma from 1984 to 1989. He has been Vice Chairman of Bancfirst Corp., since May 1997 and served as its Director and Vice Chairman of Bancfirst , since December 1996. He has been Vice Chairman and Director of Banc First since December 1996. Mr. Greer has been a Director of Bancfirst Corp., since 1997 and serves as the Chairman of the Executive Committee. He served as a Director of BANK IV Kansas, National Association.

Mr. William O. Johnstone also known as Bill, served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Council Oak Partners, LLC, BancFirst Corporation's merchant banking subsidiary since 2000. Mr. Johnstone has been Vice Chairman of BancFirst Corporation since May 1996 and has been a Director and Vice Chairman of the BancFirst since March 1996. From 1985 to March 1996, Mr. Johnstone served as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of City Bankshares, Inc. and its subsidiary, City Bank, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. From 1996 to 2001, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of C-Teq, Inc., a privately-held corporation that provided data processing services to financial institutions. He serves as Trustee at The Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, the Arts Council of Oklahoma City and Ballet Oklahoma. He served as Director of BancInsure, Inc.

Mr. Darryl Schmidt has been the Chief Executive Officer of BancFirst since May 25, 2017 and served as its President since May 25, 2017. Mr. Schmidt has been the Executive Vice President of Bancfirst Corp. since 2002 and also serves as its Director of Community Banking. Mr. Schmidt served as the Chief Credit Officer of BancFirst Corporation since 2002. Mr. Schmidt joined the BancFirst in 2002 and served as Director of Community Banking and Chief Credit Officer. He served as an Executive Vice President of Emprise Bank - Wichita, Kansas from 1997 to 2002. He served as Senior Vice President of Bank IV through Nations Bank - Wichita, Kansas from 1990 to 1997. He served as Credit Review Officer of Farm Credit Bank - Wichita, Kansas from 1986 to 1990. Mr. Schmidt has been a Director of i2E, Inc. since November 2005 and BancFirst - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma since 2002. He serves as Director of BancFirst. Mr. Randy P. Foraker serves as the Chief Risk Officer, Executive Vice President, Controller and Treasurer of BancFirst Corporation and BancFirst.
