As a provider, this company has carried an outstanding balance in the thousands of dollars and my efforts to resolve their errors had been futile as each department is unable to access info from other departments.
Overall positive outlook at the CEO. Need better communication between areas. Some groups are kinda silo'd in there work lane and not much cross function.

For the most part everyone is pretty hard working. The IT area is a little short staffed so getting projects and work done can be a challenge.
