Billings Clinic's people are the best there are, but the administration is ill-equipoed to support them in their work.
Its dying from poor management
Surgery for my son was great but his post surgery care was terrible. They didn't have a room for him and we were not able to see him for 5 hours after surgery. The room we were given was dirty and had human feces on the wall. It was not equipped with the necessary equipment. Nurse care was poor.
