Ms. Mira K. LaCous has been the Chief technology Officer of BIO-key International, Inc., since March 13, 2014. Ms. LaCous served as a Vice President of Technology and Development at BIO-key International Inc. since May 15, 2000. since November 20, 2001, she served as Executive Officer of BIO-key International Inc. and has primary responsibility for all engineering and software development functions. Ms. LaCous has over 15 years computer software design experience in the areas of Voice Automation, Commercial Building Control, Information Scanning and Internet Systems and Internet Security Training. From 1997 until joining BIO-key International Inc., she was employed by National Computer Systems Inc. as Director Software Development. Between 1997 and March 2000, she acted as an independent Consultant serving such clients as TEL-line Systems and Security Analysts. From 1989 to 1997 Ms. LaCous served as a Senior Project Manager with The Trane Company. She earned a Bachelors degree in Computer Science for North Dakota State University.

Mrs. Cecilia C. Welch, also known as Ceci, has been the Chief Financial Officer of BIO-key International Inc. since December 21, 2009 and served as its Vice President and Corporate Controller since 2007 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mrs. Welch joined BIO-key in 2007 as Controller. She has more than 20 years of operational and financial management experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining BIO-key, she was Controller for Savaje Technologies, Crystal Systems and ATN Microwave (acquired by Agilent Technologies). Mrs. Welch holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Franklin Pierce University.

Ceci Welch serves as the CFO of BIO-key International, Inc.. Ceci started at BIO-key International, Inc. in June of 2007. Ceci currently resides in Greater Boston Area.

Mira LaCous serves as the Chief Technology Officer of BIO-key International, Inc.. Mira started at BIO-key International, Inc. in March of 2000. Mira currently resides in Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

Tom Gilley serves as the Member Board of Directors of BIO-key International, Inc.. Tom started at BIO-key International, Inc. in March of 2014. Tom currently resides in Greater New York City Area.

Charlie Romeo serves as the VP- Sales of BIO-key International, Inc.. Charlie currently resides in the Providence, Rhode Island Area.
