Ms. Lisa M. Hamblet has been Executive Vice President of eBusiness and Pro Remodeling at BMC Stock Holdings, Inc. since February 21, 2017. Ms. Hamblet serves as an Executive Vice President of eBusiness of Stock Building Supply, LLC. She served as an Executive Vice President of eBusiness at BMC Stock Holdings, Inc. since 2013 until February 23, 2017. Ms. Hamblet served as an Executive Vice President of Stock Building Supply Holdings, Inc. Ms. Hamblet leads Stock Building Supply's eBusiness, LEAN, marketing and merchandising capabilities for the company. She joined Stock in 2013. She was with Staples, Inc. where she served various senior management roles including Vice President of B2B eCommerce and Customer Support, Vice President of B2B Services and most recently, Vice President of Facility Solutions. She received undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and MBA from Bentley University.

Mr. Michael P. McGaugh, also known as Mike, has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of BMC Stock Holdings, Inc. since February 20, 2017. Mr. McGaugh has more than two decades of experience and a proven track record of success to BMC. Most recently, he served as Global Director and Leader of the Integration Management Office for the proposed Dow / E.I. du Pont de Nemours merger. During his more than 20-year tenure with The Dow Chemical Company, Mr. McGaugh held numerous leadership and operational roles, including serving as the North American and then EMEA regional Vice President and General Manager of Dow Building Solutions, a well-recognized player in the Building and Construction space. Mr. McGaugh received a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Texas State University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Thomas Joseph Barnes, also known as Joe, has been Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations at BMC Stock Holdings, Inc. since December 01, 2015. Mr. Barnes leads the purchasing, indirect spend and field support teams for BMC Stock Holdings. Prior to assuming this, he joined BMC in 2015 to lead the integration of BMC and SBS. He has a diverse leadership background and over ten years of industry experience. Prior to joining BMC, he held senior roles with Pro Build, Orco, Coombs & Associates and Exide Technologies. Mr. Barnes has a bachelor's degree from Cal State University-Chico and an M.B.A. from Western Washington University.

Mr. James F. Major, Jr., also known as Jim, serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at BMC Stock Holdings, Inc. and has been its Principal Accounting Officer since March 15, 2017. Mr. Major is responsible for finance and credit activities of BMC Stock Holdings. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Stock Building Supply Holdings, Inc., and its Executive Vice President since 2005. He has substantial expertise in financial planning, analysis and reporting, tax planning and compliance. Mr. Major is experienced in multiple types of transactions, including acquisitions and real estate. Mr. Major joined Stock in 1998 as Assistant Controller. Prior to that, he served as an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has attended Management Programs at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland. Mr. Major holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Wake Forest University in 1993.
