For the most part, everyone is committed to a growth mindset. People are willing to admit and own mistakes and take the opportunity to grow from them.
Taking care of the people I manage. I also love working on big picture tasks like department strategy, measuring efficiencies and quality, and re-evaluating company processes to make improvements.
Compensation seems to vary wildly throughout the company. It seems like anyone who negotiates their pay when being hired or threatens to leave seems to get the best pay. I wish the company would proactively pay employees their value is before people reach a point of frustration about it.
