Mr. Dana Roets has been the Chief Operating Officer of Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc (formerly, Caledonia Mining Corporation) since August 19, 2013. Mr. Roets is responsible for achieving Caledonia's operational objectives, which includes the Blanket Mine and its various projects in Zimbabwe. He is also responsible for day-to-day operations of Blanket and its projects. Mr. Roets served as the Chief Operating Officer for Great Basin Gold Ltd. since October 1, 2011. Mr. Roets served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Great Basin Gold Ltd. since February 2010. He over 24 years of operational and managerial experience in the South African gold and platinum industry. Mr. Roets started his mining career at Gold Fields' St Helena Gold Mine in the Free State. He served for two years as Manager Mining and General Manager of Oryx Gold Mine. He served as Managing Director of Kloof Mines. He served for four years as Managing Director of Gold Fields' Free State Mines and Vice President and Head of Operations at Beatrix Gold Mine. He served as Vice President\Head of Technical Services at Gold Fields Ltd. (formerly Driefontein Consolidated Ltd.) and served as its Vice President and Executive of Technical Services. He served as Vice President and Head of Operations at Kloof Gold Mine since January 1999. Mr. Roets is a qualified Mining Engineer. He holds a B.Sc. Mining Engineering degree from Pretoria University in 1986 and an MBA from the University of Cape Town in 1995.

Mr. Caxton Mangezi has been General Manager of Blanket Mine at Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc (formerly, Caledonia Mining Corporation) since 1993. Mr. Mangezi joined Blanket Mine in February 1969 as a Sampler Progressing to mine survey and geological technician and served as its Mining as a Learner Mine Official, Overseer Miner, Underground Manager since 1981, Resident Manager since 1988. He serves as Director of Blanket Mine. He holds a Certificate in Geology and survey, a Miner's Ticket and a Mine Manager's Diploma.

Mr. John Mark Learmonth has been the Chief Financial Officer at Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc (formerly, Caledonia Mining Corporation) since November 18, 2014. Mr. Learmonth served as Vice President of Finance of Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc since November 18, 2014 until July 2, 2016 and served as its its Vice President of Business Development since 2014 until July 2, 2016. He served as Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Development at Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc since July 2008. He served as Division Director of Investment Banking for Macquarie First South in South Africa. He has over 17 years experience in corporate finance and investment banking, predominantly in the resources sector. He has been a Director of Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc since August 10, 2015. Previously, Mr. Learmonth served as Director of Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc since 2008. Mr. Learmonth graduated from Oxford University and is a chartered accountant.

Mr. Maurice Mason has been Vice President of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc since July 2, 2016. Mr. Mason served as an Analyst at Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Research Division. Prior to this, Mr. Mason served as a Mining Analyst at Peel Hunt LLP, Research Division since 2012. Prior to working as a securities analyst, he worked for 6 years with Anglo American in their Platinum and Coal operations based in both the Johannesburg and London offices. Previously, Mr. Mason worked at KPMG and AME Mineral Economics. He completed his B.Sc. Engineering from University of Natal South Africa. Mr. Mason also holds an MBA from Henley Business School.
