When I came to CPK it was exciting and passionate, people wanted to be part of the team. Now, you can hardly get people to apply and the interview may go well, training has been lacking since our first GM left.

The 5 of us left since we open are great workers, new ones are not trained well, and management seems to have an inability to make their own decisions, they have to follow corporate ones that are not out in the working world.

Lately, it has become harder to stay positive, with extremely few staff, loyal ones feeling abused, people not showing up for work, I come to work for my customers, who know my name, and love to come and be treated like my family, enjoy the food and conversations.

It would be nice if everyone wasn't treated as though they have no intelligence. If the county and state you are in don't have a mask mandate and you are vaccinated why do we have to continue to wear a mask? Mask doesn't stop the spread and is a health risk for some people.
