Mr. Gary A. Newberry has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Callon Petroleum Company since August 24, 2016. Mr. Newberry served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Callon Petroleum Co. since September 2010 until August 24, 2016. Mr. Newberry served as Vice President of Production & Development of Callon Petroleum Co. from April 1, 2010 to September 2010. Mr. Newberry joined Callon after 33 years with Marathon Oil Company, where he has production operations, drilling and project execution experience in the Gulf of Mexico, the Permian Basin and in unconventional gas. Mr. Newberry graduated from Marietta College in 1977 with a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering.

Mr. James P. Ulm, II, also known as Jim, served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Fieldwood Energy LLC until September 13, 2017. Mr. Ulm served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Northstar Offshore Energy Partners, LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of PXP Producing Company LLC since 2002 and 1999 respectively. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Northstar Offshore Group, LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pogo Producing Co. since joining in 1999 and served as its Vice President since 1999 until 2002 and Senior Vice President since 2002. He served as Treasurer of Newfield Exploration Company from 1995 to 1999. He has over 27 years of finance and accounting related experience in the oil and gas industry. He served as a Director of Northstar Offshore Group, LLC. Mr. Ulm holds BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Red McCombs School of Business.

Mrs. Mitzi P. Conn has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Callon Petroleum Company since August 24, 2016. Mrs. Conn has been a Corporate Controller of Callon Petroleum Company. since May 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer since March 31, 2014 until August 24, 2016. Mrs. Conn served as Senior Financial Analyst, Supervisor of Budget and Analysis of Callon Petroleum Co. She served as an Assistant Controller of Callon Petroleum Co. since May 2004. She held various other positions in finance and accounting since she joined Callon Petroleum Co. since June 1993. Prior thereto, she served as General Accountant for Graham Resources, Inc. Mrs. Conn received her B.S. degree in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1990 and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Michol Ecklund is Vice President and General Counsel at Callon Petroleum Company since November 2017. Prior to joining Callon, Ms. Ecklund served as Deputy General Counsel, Operations Law at Marathon Oil Company. During her 15-year tenure at Marathon, she held management positions across the legal organization in a variety of disciplines and geographic operating areas. Prior to her time with Marathon, she worked for Baker Botts L.L.P. in Houston. Ms. Ecklund holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.

Bobby Weatherly serves as the Executive Vice President/CFO of Callon Petroleum Company. Bobby started at Callon Petroleum Company in August of 2006. Bobby currently resides in Alexandria, Louisiana Area.

Jim Ulm serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Callon Petroleum Company. Jim started at Callon Petroleum Company in December of 2017. Jim currently resides in Houston, Texas Area.

Jeff Balmer serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Callon Petroleum Company. Jeff started at Callon Petroleum Company in November of 2018. Jeff currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.
