Ms. Sara B. Capitelli, CPA has been Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer of CASI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 10, 2011. Ms. Capitelli served as Controller for the Association for Financial Professionals since May 2010. Prior to that, Ms. Capitelli was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2008, where she provided audit and consulting services for small and large public and private companies, including to it during a portion of Ernst & Young's term as its independent registered accountant. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, she served as Director of Financial Planning and Reporting at Cable & Wireless USA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cable & Wireless plc. Ms. Capitelli holds a CPA license in both Maryland and Virginia and received her Bachelor of Science, Business Administration - Accounting degree from Bucknell University.

Ms. Cynthia Wong Hu, also known as Cynthia, Esq., JD has been General Counsel and Secretary of CASI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since June 1, 2006 and has also been its Chief Operating Officer since December 2008. Ms. Hu served as the Vice President of CASI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from June 1, 2006 to December 2008. Prior to CASI Ms. Wong served as a Senior Associate for the business finance practice group at Powell Goldstein LLP, in Washington, DC., where she advised clients with regard to public and private financing transactions, partnership and operating agreements, various corporate agreements, mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance matters, stock and asset purchase agreements and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Powell Goldstein, Ms. Wong served as internal counsel for Golden American Life Insurance Company focusing on filings and compliance with the Securities Act of 1933 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. Ms. Hu is also a Co-founder and a Director of Women in Bio, Inc. Ms. Wong HOLDS her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1994 and is admitted to the Bar in New York, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.

Jim Goldschmidt serves as the Senior Vice President of CASI PHARMACEUTICALS, INC.. Jim started at CASI PHARMACEUTICALS, INC. in Apr of 2016. Jim currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
