Mr. Patrick J. McEnany, also known as Pat, Co-Founded Catalyst Pharmaceutical Partners Inc. in January 2002 and has been its Chairman and President since July 2006 and also its Chief Executive Officer since January 2002. Mr. McEnany served as President of Equisource Capital Inc. from December 1984 to December 1991. From 1973 to 1985, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Zenex Synthetic Lubricants Inc. From 1999 to 2002, he served as President of AMDG Inc. From 1997 to 1998, after the merger of Royce into Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc., he served as President of the wholly-owned Royce Laboratories subsidiary and Vice President of corporate development for Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From 1991 to April 1997, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Royce Laboratories, Inc. He served as President of Royce Laboratories, Inc. since June 1991 until April 1997. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Royce Laboratories, Inc. He served as the Chairman of Royce Laboratories Inc. since February 1994. From 1993 to 1997, he served as the Vice Chairman of the National Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers. He was a founder of Maidstone Capital, Inc., which reorganized with Check Express Inc.'s predecessors in 1988. He serves as Director of Renal CarePartners, Inc. He has been Director of Catalyst Pharmaceutical Partners Inc. since January 2002. He serves as a Director of the Jackson Memorial Hospital Foundation, located in Miami, Florida. He served as Director of Home Intensive Care, Inc. He served as a Director of Cesca Therapeutics Inc. since 1997 until June 19, 2015 and served as its Lead Independent Director until June 15, 2015. Mr. McEnany served as a Director of Cesca Therapeutics Inc. from 1985 to 1991 and National Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers from 1993 to 1997. He served as an Outside Director of Check Express Inc. since April 1988. He served as a Director of Royce Laboratories, Inc. since 1990. Mr. McEnany served as a Director of Med/waste, Inc. from March 2000 to 2002.

Dr. Steven R. Miller, also known as Steve, Ph.D., has been the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Scientific Officer of Catalyst Pharmaceutical Partners Inc. since January 25, 2011 and October 2009 respectively. Dr. Miller served as Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development and Project Management of Catalyst Pharmaceutical Partners Inc. from April 2007 to January 25, 2011. In this capacity, Dr. Miller is responsible for Catalyst's product development program, which includes all aspects of chemistry and manufacturing controls, quality systems, contract operations and development planning. He has 24 years of experience. He spent 15 years with various divisions of Watson Laboratories, served as an Executive Director of R&D Operations. In this capacity, he spearheaded a team of 50 in the testing of all R&D products for clinical trials, including method validation, stability testing, operation of the R&D pilot plant, assembly of the CMC section of drug applications, in addition to other responsibilities. Dr. Miller served as Director of Technology Transfer for Watson Laboratories and Vice President of Research and Product Development of Royce Laboratories. He served as Group Leader and Senior Scientist of Dade Behring where, among other things, he lead a reagent design team in the development of new in-vitro diagnostic analyzers. Dr. Miller was both a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant of the University of Maryland and University of Miami, respectively and prior to that, served as an Analytical Chemist of the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. His work has been published in numerous technical and professional journals. Dr. Miller received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Maryland, Department of Chemistry and Ph.D. from the University of Miami, Department of Chemistry.

Ms. Alicia Grande, CPA, CMA has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of Catalyst Pharmaceutical Partners Inc. since December 16, 2011. Ms. Grande has been Chief Accounting Officer of Catalyst Pharmaceutical Partners Inc. since January 2007 and also served as its Corporate Controller since January 2007. Prior to Catalyst, Ms. Grande was employed by Answerthink Inc., a publicly traded information technology consulting services company since 2003. She served in various capacities with Answerthink, as Senior Director of Finance and was responsible for all external and SEC financial reporting. Ms. Grande also served as head of Answerthink's Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance team. She was employed for more than 10 years in capacities from staff to most recently Senior Manager, Audit & Business Consulting, by several public accounting firms including Arthur Andersen, LLP. Ms. Grande earned a master of accounting degree from Florida International University in 2002 and a bachelor of science degree in business administration, with majors in accounting and finance, from Syracuse University in 1992.

Jeff Carmen serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Catalyst Pharmaceuticals. Jeff started at Catalyst Pharmaceuticals in Aug of 2018. Jeff currently resides in the Greater Chicago Area.

Dan Brennan serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of Catalyst Pharmaceuticals. Dan started at Catalyst Pharmaceuticals in Jun of 2018. Dan currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
