Mr. Jerry Barag has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at CatchMark Timber Trust, Inc. since October 25, 2013. Mr. Barag served as Chief Information Officer of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc. He has been a Director of CatchMark Timber Trust, Inc. since December 17, 2013. Mr. Warden is responsible for the operational management of CatchMark Timber Trust, which includes overseeing forest management personnel, land sales, timber lease management, the recreational leasing program, and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative certification program. He has served as Director of Operations of Wells Timberland Management Organization since 2007. Prior to joining the Wells Timberland Management Organization, Mr. Warden served as Director of Operations for the Capital Markets Department of Wells Real Estate Funds. In this capacity, he directed the due diligence and closings for approximately $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions. He previously held positions with Mirant as Senior Business Analyst, and with Accenture as a Consultant. From 1994 to 1998, he served as an infantry and signal officer in the U.S. Army. Mr. Warden holds B.A. in Political Science from Southern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from Mercer University.

Mr. Brian M. Davis was appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CatchMark Timber Trust, Inc. in March 2013, as Assistant Secretary in August 2013 and as Treasurer in October 2013. Mr. Davis served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wells Timberland Investment Management Organization, or Wells TIMO, from March 2009 until October 2013 and as Vice President from October 2007 through March 2009. From March 2013 to September 2013, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wells Core Office Income REIT, Inc., or Wells Core. From February 2012 to September 2013, Mr. Davis served as the Chief of Strategic Product Management for Wells REF with responsibility for the strategic planning, development and leadership of the corporate finance organization. In addition, Mr. Davis served as Senior Vice President of Wells Capital, Inc., or Wells Capital, from February 2013 to September 2013. From 2000 until joining Wells Real Estate Funds, or Wells REF, in 2007, Mr. Davis worked at Atlanta-based SunTrust Bank, where he held various positions delivering capital market solutions ??? advisory, capital raising, and forward risk management to public and private companies. Mr. Davis previously held positions with CoBank of Denver, Colorado, as Capital Markets Officer from 1998 to 2000, and with SunTrust as Portfolio Manager for the AgriFoods Specialty Lending Group from 1994 to 1998. Mr. Davis received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Ohio University.

Mr. John D. Capriotti has been a Director of Acquisitions at CatchMark Timber Trust, Inc. since November 2013. Prior to joining CatchMark, Mr. Capriotti was a Partner of CaerusREI, a residential real estate investment company focused on the Southeastern U.S. He also spent seven years as Director of Acquisitions at iStar Financial/Timberstar Advisors, an Atlanta-based timberland investment consulting firm. He also previously served as Director of Portfolio Analysis for an Atlanta-based investment manager specializing in timberland investment planning and as a Senior Portfolio Analyst with Morgan Stanley Real Estate. Mr. Capriotti has over 15 years of experience in the real estate, timber, and accounting industries. He holds B.S. in Business Administration from the Boston University School of Management.

Mr. John F. Rasor has served as Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of CatchMark Timber Trust, Inc. (???Trust???) since October 2013 and served as a Director since December 2013 until December 31, 2017. Mr. Rasor served as Trust's Consultant from August 2013 to October 2013. Mr. Rasor has served as a Principal with Mr. Barag of TimberStar Advisors. From 2004 to September 2011, he served as Managing Director of TimberStar. During his 40-year career with Georgia-Pacific Corporation, or Georgia Pacific, Mr. Rasor served as an Executive Vice President of Georgia-Pacific from 1996 to 2003. He also played a key role in the separation of Georgia-Pacific's timberland assets into a separate operating entity in 1997 that subsequently merged with Plum Creek Timber Company, Inc. in 2001. Mr. Rasor attended Willamette University and the University of Oregon.
