Mr. David A. Jones, Jr., J.D., serves as Partner and Chairman at Chrysalis Ventures, Inc. He was also a Managing Director at Chrysalis Ventures. Mr. Jones focuses primarily on healthcare investing at the firm. At Chrysalis, he has worked over the years with some of the growth companies in the Midwest. Mr. Jones is a Faculty Member at the Venture Capital Institute. His law practice included both domestic and international work, the latter with the United States Department of State Legal Adviser's in the General Counsel's office from 1988 to 1992, working principally on political and economic issues involving East Asia. Mr. Jones was employed as a Commercial Banker at Bank of Boston. He left the bank to manage the Import Division of a regional hardware wholesaler. Mr. Jones is the Chairman of Connecture, Inc. since 2011 and has been its Independent Director since 2004. He served as Chairman at Humana Inc. since April 26, 2005 until August 2010 and served as its Vice Chairman from September 1996 to April 26, 2005. He has been a Director of Humana Inc. since May 1993. He served as its Chairman from April 26, 2005 to August 2010 and its Vice Chairman from September 1996 to April 26, 2005. Mr. Jones serves as a Director of Lab Partners, Sanovia Health Information Designs, LLC, Foundation Radiology Group, ACCH HoldCo, Achieve CCA, Asterand Plc, HCCA Holdings, Inc. and My Health Direct, Inc. is a Member of the Board of Business Leaders for Education. Mr. Jones serves a Member of The Advisory Council at Actors Theatre of Louisville, Inc. He serves on the Yale President's Council on International Activities. He served as the Chairman of High Speed Access Corp. Mr. Jones served as a Director of Advanced Academics, Intechra Holding Corporation and Mid-America Bancorp. He served as a Director of TeleCorp Wireless, Inc. since November 13, 2000 and TeleCorp Wireless, Inc. since July 1999. He served as Director for TechSkills LLC. He served as a Member of the Advisory Board of Dragonvest Partners. He recently served a member of the Jefferson County Board of Education for four years and also served as chairman for two years in 2015-2016.He completed a term as the Chairman of the Greater Louisville Health Enterprises Network. Mr. Jones frequently lectures in Chrysalis' target region on topics related to venture capital and the changing healthcare industry. Mr. Jones is one of the leading venture capitalists in mid-America and a well-respected voice in healthcare business and innovation. He has a strong and well-rounded background in business, law and banking. Mr. Jones holds a J.D. from Yale University Law School and a B.A. from Yale University, where he was a magna cum laude graduate.

Mr. Douglas F. Cobb, also known as Doug, is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Partner at Chrysalis Ventures, Inc. Mr. Cobb co-founded Chrysalis Ventures in 1993 and rejoined it in April 2010. Mr. Cobb evaluates new business opportunities and assists portfolio companies in the technology sector. HE served as a Managing Director of Chrysalis Ventures from 1993 to 1997. From 2000 to 2010, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Appriss Inc. Mr. Cobb founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer at The Cobb Group. From 1997 to 2000, he served as the Founding President and Chief Executive Officer at Greater Louisville Inc. Mr. Cobb served as the Chairman of Greater Louisville, Inc. He serves as a Director of Velocity Indiana. Mr. Cobb serves as Director of Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation. He serves as a Director of Golden State Overnight, Regent Education, Inc. and My Health Direct. Over the years, he has served as a Director for a number of successful growth companies including Summit Energy Services, Genscape, Inc. and Primis. He served as Director of Appriss Inc. In 2000. Mr. Cobb serves as the Chairman of the Regional Leadership Coalition. Mr. Cobb served as the Chairman of the Louisville Area Chamber of Commerce in 1996 and is active in civic affairs. He has a diverse background in media and technology. He is a life-long entrepreneur and has a 30-year track record of success as a Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Director in a variety of startup and high-growth enterprises. He was a media and technology industry executive and worked in the venture capital, economic development and publishing spheres. He is a three-time Inc. 500 Chief Executive Officer, and a three-time Kentucky/Southern Indiana Entrepreneur of the Year. Mr. Cobb holds an M.S. in Accounting from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.A. from Williams College, magna cum laude.

Mr. Wright Steenrod is a Partner at Chrysalis Ventures, Inc since September 20, 2012. Mr. Steenrod leads the Technology Group and focuses on the media, technology and communications sectors. He was a previously a Principal at Chrysalis Ventures till September 20, 2012 and has entrepreneurial management experience. Mr. Steenrod joined as an Associate in 2001 and has been an 11 year veteran with the firm. He has also worked with management teams at Advanced Academics, Genscape and Appriss. Mr. Steenrod previously worked in investment banking and as a Senior Business Development Executive at a rapidly growing company preparing to go public and served as the Chief Financial Officer of a start-up technology transfer company, where he set strategic plans and raised equity and debt capital. Prior to this he was a Vice President of Business Development at Darwin Networks, Inc. He has also worked as an Investment Banker. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Steenrod worked at SunTrust Bank, Inc. as an Associate in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to SunTrust, he was a U.S. Marine Captain and served for five years in the United States Marine Corps., from where Mr. Steenrod was honorably discharged as a Captain. He is a Director of XLerant, Inc. since January 24, 2012 and Digitalsmiths Corporation since June 2007. Mr. Steenrod serves as a Director of Intervention Insights, Lucina Health, GoNoodle, New Life Solution, LLC (also known as meQuilibrium), CST, Straighterline, TechSkills, Ygnition Networks, Inc., CST (dba iSqFt), Regent Education, Inc., Continuum 700 LLC, CWK Network, Information Outfitters Inc. and SinglePipe. Mr. Steenrod also serves as a Member of the Entrepreneurship Council at the University of Louisville's College of Business and Public Affairs. Mr. Steenrod served as a Director of The Council for Entrepreneurial Development. He served as Director of SinglePipe Communications, Inc., bCatalyst Inc. and bCatalyst Advisors LLC. He served as a Director of Cybera, Inc., until September 16, 2015. He is active with investment groups throughout Middle America. Mr. Steenrod holds a BA in Economics from Princeton University.

Mr. Jeremy Burtel serves as the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Chrysalis Ventures, Inc. Mr. Burtel manages Chrysalis Ventures, Inc.'s accounting, finance and administrative operations. He initially joined Chrysalis Ventures, Inc in 2008 as a Fund Accounting Manager, responsible for accounting functions, financial analysis and regulatory functions. During this time he also served as acting Chief Financial Officer at Chronicity. Prior to Chrysalis, Mr. Burtel spent four years in public accounting at Cotton & Allen, PSC, where he planned, performed and supervised audits of privately held companies of up to $50 million of annual revenues. He serves as a Director at Foundation Radiology Group. Mr. Burtel received an M.B.A. in 2012 from Indiana University and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Bellarmine University in 2004.
