Mr. Gerald L. Bepko has been an Interim President of Indiana University since 2002. Mr. Bepko serves as Board Secretary of Citizens Energy Group. He serves as Chancellor Emeritus of the Indiana University School of Law, in Indianapolis Ind. He served as Vice President for Long-Range Planning of Indiana University and Chancellor of Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis from 1986 to 2002. Mr. Bepko has been associated with the Indiana University School of Law since 1972, when he became an associate professor. He served as Board Chair from 1998 to 1999. He served as Campaign Chair since 1995. He serves as a Director of Lumina Foundation for Education, Endowment Arm, Lumina Foundation for Education and Indianapolis Life Insurance Company. He serves as a Trustee of Citizens Energy Group. He served as a Director Emeritus at United Way of Central Indiana Inc. since September 15, 2016 until March 9, 2017. Mr. Bepko served as a Director of First Indiana Corp. and First Indiana Bank since 1988. He served as a Director of USA Group and USA Funds. Mr. Bepko served as a Director of State Automobile Mutual Insurance Company at State Auto Financial Corporation since September 5, 2003. He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Bar Foundation, among others. He worked at Leadership Giving Council. He received his undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University, his J.D. at Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law and an LLM from Yale University.

Mr. John R. Brehm serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Citizens Energy Group. Mr. Brehm served as the Senior Vice President, Finance of Indianapolis Power & Light Company since May 1998 and served as its Principal Financial Officer until December 26, 2005. Mr. Brehm served as the Vice President and Treasurer of IPALCO Enterprises, Inc., a holding company of Indianapolis Power & Light Co. He served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Information Services of Indianapolis Power & Light Co. from May 1991 to May 1998.

Ms. Martha D. Lamkin served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Lumina Foundation for Education. Ms. Lamkin co-founded and serves as Chairman of the Central Indiana Community Foundation. She serves Vice President of Citizens Energy Group. Ms. Lamkin was instrumental in developing the concept of the Foundation during her tenure as executive vice president of Corporate Advancement at USA Group, Inc., which she joined in 1991. During her 30-year career, she also has served as President of Cummins Engine Company Foundation, Executive director of corporate responsibility and government affairs, Cummins Engine Company; Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Attorney with its of Lowe, Gray, Steele and Hoffman. She serves as Chairman of Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and The Indianapolis Foundation. She has been a member of the board of visitors of DePauw University and the President's Cabinet of Indiana University. She also has served as board member and chairman of the Christian Theological Seminary and as a board member of the Independent Colleges of Indiana, the Indianapolis Economic Development Corporation, the Indiana Fiscal Policy Institute, and the Hoosier Capital Girl Scouts of America Council Advisory Board. She serves as Vice Chairman of Citizens Energy Group (also known as Citizens Gas and Coke Utility Company, Inc.) and has been its Director since 1989. She served as Director of Lumina Foundation for Education and Citizens Energy Group. Ms. Lamkin also served on the board of directors of Meridian Mutual Insurance Company from 1988 to 2001 when it was sold to State Auto Insurance Company. In 1999, she was awarded an honorary doctorate from the Christian Theological Seminary (Indiana) and was cited as a distinguished alumna of Indiana University School of Law. She graduated summa cum laude from California Baptist University, received her master's degree in English and American Literature from Vanderbilt University and earned her law degree from Indiana University.

Christopher Braun serves as the Vice President, Energy Operations of Citizens Energy Group. Christopher started at Citizens Energy Group in March of 1986. Christopher currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana Area.

Michael Gardner serves as the Chief Audit Executive of Citizens Energy Group. Michael started at Citizens Energy Group in November of 2015. Michael currently resides in the Indianapolis, Indiana Area.
