Mr. Donald J. Gogel, also known as Don, J.D. has been the Chief Executive Officer of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. (CD&R) since 1998, President since January 1997 and Chairman since 2012. Mr. Gogel served as a Principal at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. since February 1989. Over his 27 years at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc., Mr. Gogel led many of the firm's investments including the acquisitions and subsequent transformations of large non-strategic divisions from major corporations. He plays an active role in shaping the Firm's strategy, recruiting talent, sourcing new investment opportunities, negotiating transactions and helping to lead key internal processes, including Portfolio Company Operating Reviews and Portfolio Company CEO Roundtables. He served in a number of important roles within Clayton, Dubilier & Rice's portfolio, including Interim Chief Executive Officer of Kinko's, Inc. Prior to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc., he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company Inc. and a Managing Director at Kidder, Peabody & Company, Inc., and of Kidder Peabody Group Inc. He serves as the Chairman of the SeriousFun Children's Network. Mr. Gogel serves as a Vice Chairman of the Cancer Research Institute, Inc. and Senior Vice Chairman of The Mount Sinai Medical Center. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Rhodes Trust. He serves as Trustee at The Mount Sinai Hospital. Mr. Gogel has been a Director of Global Decisions Group, LLC. He serves as a member of the Dean's Council of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University. He has served in a number of important roles within CD&R's portfolio including a Director of Alliant Foods, Allison Engine, Jafra and Van Kampen and Lexmark. Mr. Gogel served as a Director of Sally Beauty Holdings Inc., at Sally Holdings LLC since November 2006 until April 24, 2008. He served as a Director of CDRJ Investments (lux) SA, Jafra Worldwide Holdings Lux Sarl and Jafra SA. since January 1998. He served as a Director of APS Holding Corporation. He served as a Director of Acterna Corp., Jafra Cosmetics International Inc., Kinko's Inc., and Turbochef Technologies Inc. Mr. Gogel holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.Phil. in Politics from Balliol College, Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar and a B.A. from Harvard College.

Mr. Christian Storch serves as a Managing Director at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. He was Principal at the firm. Mr. Storch joined Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. in 2011. Mr. Fradin served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at SunGard since May 2011. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at FIS Data Systems Inc. He served as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company for many years. Mr. Fradin served as Vice President of Business Development of FlyCast Communications and Engage Technologies Inc. He also served as Staff Member at ADEMCO and FBI. An early Member of FlyCast team, he served in many positions during his four-year tenure. He serves as Chairman of MG LLC, Capco, and Tranzact. Mr. Fradin has been an Independent Director of Best Buy Co., Inc. since April 2013 and has been its Lead Independent Director since June 9, 2015. He has been Director at SunGard since May 2011. John C. Compton is a Partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, a New York-based private equity firm. He served as CEO of Pilot Flying J, a national operator of travel centers, until February 2013. Ms. Griffiths was named one of Consulting magazine's 2013 Women Leaders in Consulting for her outstanding achievements in client service. Ms. Griffiths is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Miami University.

Ms. Sonja Terraneo is a Partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. Ms. Terraneo joined Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. on March 14, 2011. She focuses on European transaction sourcing, as well as evaluating, structuring and managing investments in the industrials sector and German-speaking countries. Ms. Terraneo served as Head of the Industrial Products & Services Sector at Permira Advisers Ltd. She was a Partner and Global Head of Industrials at Permira Advisers Ltd. since February 2, 2005. Mr. Nathan K. Sleeper, also known as Nate, is a Partner of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice VI, L.P. Mr. Sleeper has broad experience in the financial and investment communities. He was a Partner of Clayton & Dubilier, L.P.; Clayton & Dubilier Private Equity Fund II, L.P.; and Clayton & Dubilier Private Equity Fund III, L.P. Mr. Sleeper joined Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in 2000. He helped evaluate numerous potential investments in both the United States and Europe and participated as a Member of its 'challenge teams' on specific portfolio companies. He served as an Advisor to the Clayton, Dubilier & Rice funds. He served in the investment banking division at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he participated in numerous transactions and financings across a diverse range of industries.
