It's been good! I like it and do recommend it. Just be careful with the pay. If not for the low pay, I'd never think about leaving, but the pay does affect my future.

The base pay is pretty low for Account Execs and commissions, while pretty good, take a while to achieve and are not realistic to get every month. The overall pay is challenging.
