Culture is nice, especially for women. I've never worked anywhere else in my life where managers are so nice, professional, and flexible to employees.
It's been good! I like it and do recommend it. Just be careful with the pay. If not for the low pay, I'd never think about leaving, but the pay does affect my future.

So far, so good. Pay can be MUCH better but as a culture, it's great. And the products themselves are solid to sell.
