What did you like most about the interview process?I did not have to do a coding challenge, white-boarding, or any project work for the interview. My work experience, tech certifications, and portfolio on Github were enough with the tech interview. I probably would have rejected third-party coding challenges if asked but accepted white-boarding.
What makes you most happy at work?I work remotely, so the ability to better balance my work-life, take breaks, and come back super focused and productive. Also, I am trusted to work independently without constant monitoring and oversight. Being introverted, working from home is great for my work happiness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? If we make mistakes, everyone is happy to admit and accept them as a learning opportunity and improve or share their learning. Also, being flexible with others and our own work-life balance. The work-life balance is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Would like better/affordable health care options and to have my retirement plan under Fidelity with the vesting of company match immediately after 90 days or 6 months.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The base pay is pretty low for Account Execs and commissions, while pretty good, take a while to achieve and are not realistic to get every month. The overall pay is challenging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Low base pay and commission takes too long to make.
