How hard is it to get promoted at Coalition Technologies?
Not very hard at all. All of the leadership team started as a rank and file member of the team and has been promoted upwards through the ranks. With the rapid growth we've had over the last few years, there are a lot of opportunities to be promoted.

Intuition. Marketing is all about intuition and being able to intuit what's an appropriate response / action to take based on unclear and ambiguous information.
How innovative is Coalition Technologies?
Coalition Technologies is extremely innovative and always trying out new technology to keep the employees connected. It makes what could be mundane work much more exciting.

Work schedules at Coalition are fairly flexible. Most team members need to work with a meaningful overlap of a standard 9AM to 6PM PST shift but team leads and managers seem willing to accommodate variances as long as you're performing well.
