I love the way we work together to get various initiatives off the ground. Everyone's ideas are celebrated and welcomed. The leadership team is full of hard workers with great ambition.
Our leadership team is incredibly supportive, offering training to grow, constructive coaching for correction, and an open mind to new ideas. They have always treated me like family, not just an employee. I could not ask for a better working environment. They lead by good example.
High level of transparency and support
They pay based on work performance and everyone starts at entry level and works their way up.
They value feedback from everyone.

I have more time off than I ever have had in my life. I also have the ability to take a day off and make the time up. That for me is tremendous.
In Sales, most of my compensation is Incentive Pay (commissions); and for many of my colleagues a big part of their paycheck is also tied to their personal performance, in terms of how much they have materially helped our clients. We're all pulling in the same direction.
I'm paid based on my performance. People can make 3-5x their base salaries with great work.
Profit share is an amazing benefit that grows over time.
Our compensation package is always changing and growing for the better! The CEO and President are always looking for better ways to compensate team members for their hard work. We're launching a new system and about 8 employees in this trial have nearly doubled or tripled their salary!
While the best part of the compensation is the fact that you are paid more for good performance, it would be nice to have more comprehensive benefits like 401K or better health insurance options for international team members (like covering immediate family members in the health plan)
We have a diversity of experience and can support each other although we're pretty siloed and collaboration is not made easy.
One of the best things about our team is the diversity in backgrounds. It's great meeting people with different experiences and knowledge bases. I truly feel that is a huge part of what makes us successful.
Our team is the best of both worlds: smart -- skills-tested out of a quarter million job applicants over the years -- and good-natured -- I have yet to encounter a coworker who has put ego over problem-solving, and I cannot possibly remember all the times that a coworker has shared their knowledge.
Very nice and supportive, open and transparent communication
Incredibly intelligent, skilled experts in digital marketing.
Overall prioritization of work could be generally improved
I think my coworkers could sometimes have a better perspective on work and the workplace. Some get too caught up in the desire to do big things for our clients and burn themselves out, without realizing its not what the company is all about.
The people. There is a underlying unity in most departments.
Objective performance is rewarded and there is a high level of transparency
People are allowed to be who they are. Most are friendly.
Everyone truly seems to love what they do here. Our team is very happy-go-lucky! One of the best things is that we look the most talented individuals from around the world and bring them together to work as a team.
The company culture is definitely important at CT. Management is known for their well-timed jokes, and in general people are positive about their work. Since we rely on each other so heavily in this industry, it's important to have an attitude that excites people and brings them up - which we have.
More in person meetups, perhaps
Great people who asked great questions.
I have worked for CT for so long I am almost can't remember, haha! I remember the recruiter asked me great questions and the overall process helped me determine that my skills would be a great match for the company.
I only rated the interview process as "difficult" because our team mates have all passed rigorous skills tests; we know they are the best at what they do. But personally, it was the most enjoyable and unique hiring process I've ever had: I learned a great deal about myself and my capabilities.
The objective skills tests to provide a realistic assessment of an applicant's skills
Skills tests evaluating how people work.
Be HONEST and transparent about the monitoring software you are having people install on their personal devices. Be HONEST and transparent about how the Draw Pay system works. I have co-workers who have been here for months who have no idea how it works. That is unacceptable.
Finding ways to help the company, my coworkers, and the clients.
Actual performance results and being able to make connections with clients.
Really love the people. Amazing coworkers. Everyone is kind, supportive, and helpful.
Feeling of fulfillment from accomplishing a lot each day, and earning recognition for positive contributions.
Amazing colleagues who are the smartest people I've ever met.
Nothing really wrong, but compensation could be slightly improved
The value placed on objective performance above any other factors
Slightly better base compensation to complement the draw system
