What did you like most about the interview process?
Great people who asked great questions.
I have worked for CT for so long I am almost can't remember, haha! I remember the recruiter asked me great questions and the overall process helped me determine that my skills would be a great match for the company.
I only rated the interview process as "difficult" because our team mates have all passed rigorous skills tests; we know they are the best at what they do. But personally, it was the most enjoyable and unique hiring process I've ever had: I learned a great deal about myself and my capabilities.

Our candidates are pre-screened to test if they are capable of producing work on the level that we expect to give our clients. We have the highest expectations of our candidates and ourselves.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be HONEST and transparent about the monitoring software you are having people install on their personal devices. Be HONEST and transparent about how the Draw Pay system works. I have co-workers who have been here for months who have no idea how it works. That is unacceptable.
