What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. There is a underlying unity in most departments.
Objective performance is rewarded and there is a high level of transparency
People are allowed to be who they are. Most are friendly.
Everyone truly seems to love what they do here. Our team is very happy-go-lucky! One of the best things is that we look the most talented individuals from around the world and bring them together to work as a team.
The company culture is definitely important at CT. Management is known for their well-timed jokes, and in general people are positive about their work. Since we rely on each other so heavily in this industry, it's important to have an attitude that excites people and brings them up - which we have.
Company is fairly relaxed since many team members are remote from one another, but there are clear policies and processes we're expected to follow, which I appreciate.
