One of the best things about our team is the diversity in backgrounds. It's great meeting people with different experiences and knowledge bases. I truly feel that is a huge part of what makes us successful.

Overall prioritization of work could be generally improved

I think my coworkers could sometimes have a better perspective on work and the workplace. Some get too caught up in the desire to do big things for our clients and burn themselves out, without realizing its not what the company is all about.
