How employees describe working at Cognoa
People in management are not qualified, especially engineering which is the core of the company but unfortunately the heads of those teams are lacking technical experience and as a result a unrealistic poor vision of the company.
So far, best work experience I have had. ++Autonomy & flexibility. Very limited politics, red tape, and bureaucracy.
I love it here, and I haven't been able to say that many places.
