How much diversity is there among employees at COH?
It is very diverse at City of Houston
What's the office layout like at COH?
Mostly cubicles, large conference rooms & supply/copy rooms.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at COH?
It was very easy for me. I was interviewed and called back later that day for job offer. I set up all job interviews for supervisors in my department and have seen the interview process be a bit drawn out and take quite a long time. I do believe some of this has to do with COH being Grant Funded & the process can be timely while funds are being moved. I have also seen interviews start to take place and then job freezes happen and it be months before the interview process will pick back up.
How's the leadership on the Admin team at COH?
It depends what part of City of Houston you work for, I worked for the Houston Health Department & I was an Admin Assistant in Epidemiology so I answered to one boss & there was only 3 admins. It was great though, it just may differ depending on where & what Department.
