What do you like best about the leadership team?
providing support to staff and seeing staff develop as strong nurses and individuals

treat us like humans beings
The leadership team needs to be more involved in actually coming into the stores and seeing exactly what is required to run the store properly. I feel that too many people want to decide how the stores are run but really have no clue what is needed
What is the best part about your compensation package?
good to work at with people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay for nurse managers that matches with the tremendous number of task they do. Better retirement plan matches to prepare employees for a better retirement life after serving many years at COH.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have strong and friendly team
I love my team! A lot of days they are what keeps me going.
