Dr. Nir Yacov Barzilai, M.D., serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine, Molecular genetics and the Diabetes Research Center and is a member of the Divisions of Endocrinology and Geriatrics. Dr. Barzilai spent over 20 years in assisting patients internationally and training in vast fields from Medicine, Geriatrics, Endocrinology and Molecular Genetics. Dr. Barzilai Co-Founded CohBar, Inc. in 2007 and has been its Director since 2009. Dr. Barzilai contributed his efforts to fine institutions including the NIH, the Royal Free Hospital in London, Israel Institute of Technology Medical School, Baylor College, Hadassah Hospital, Yale University, Cornell University Medical College and at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He serves as Director of the Institute for Aging Research at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He serves as a Director of Montefiore Hospital Diabetes Clinic. Dr. Barzilai served as a Member of the Scientific Advisory Board at Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. since January 16, 2007 until November 25, 2016.

Dr. Pinchas Cohen, M.D.,Dean has been a Clinical Advisor of Versartis, Inc. since June 2010. Dr. Cohen serves as Chief of Endocrinology of Mattel Children's Hospital, UCLA. Dr. Cohen Co-founded CohBar, Inc. in 2007 and served as its President from 2009 to 2013. Dr. Cohen serves as Member of Scientific Advisory Board of Diagnostic Systems Laboratories, Inc. and Io Therapeutics, Inc. He has been Director of CohBar, Inc. since 2009. He is Professor and Chief of Pediatric Endocrinology at UCLA; and Associate Director of the UCSD/UCLA Diabetes Research Center. He serves on several NIH study sections as well as being an executive officer of the GH-Research society, the IGF-society and the Endocrine-Society Steering-Committee. He was inducted into the Society of Pediatric Research and the American Pediatric Society (APS). Since April 2012, Dr. Cohen has been Dean of the Davis School of Gerontology at the University of Southern California. He is the recipient of multiple awards (most recently, the APS Best Science Award). Dr. Cohen published over 250 papers focusing on cancer, aging, diabetes, GH/IGF biology and the emerging science of mitochondrial-derived peptides. He holds the William and Sylvia Kugel Dean's Chair in Gerontology and acts as Executive Director of the Ethel Percy Andrus Gerontology Center. Dr. Cohen was a member affiliated with the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine, where he was a member of the faculty until 2012. At the UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital Dr. Cohen served as Director of Endocrine/Diabetes Research and Training (from 1999 to 2012), Chief of Endocrinology and Diabetes from 2001 to 2012 and as Vice Chair of Research from 2011 to 2012). Dr. Cohen was also co-director of the UCSD-UCLA Diabetes and Endocrinology Research Center from 2007 to 2012. He received an NIA EUREKA-Award and the NIH-Director-Transformative RO1-Grant. Dr. Cohen has received several awards for his work in the field of aging, including a National Institute of Aging EUREKA Award, the National Institutes of Health Director's Transformative Research Award and the Glenn Award for Research in Biological Mechanisms of Aging. He serves on the boards of several professional journals and societies, including the American Federation for Aging Research and the Growth Hormone Research Society. Dr. Cohen graduated with highest honors from the Technion Medical School in Israel and trained in Pediatrics and Endocrinology at Stanford University.

Mr. Jeffrey F. Biunno, also known as Jeff, CPA, MBA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of CohBar, Inc. since October 2013 and has been its Secretary and Treasurer since September 2014 and also also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Biunno is responsible for CohBar's financial reporting, budgeting, human resources, controls and treasury management function. He has over 20 years??? experience having worked at small, medium and large-cap firms. Prior to joining CohBar, Mr. Biunno served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of ManageIQ, Inc. from March 2012 until its acquisition by Red Hat, Inc. in December 2012. Mr. Biunno founded Scalable Financial Solutions, LLC , and operated it from March 2008 to January 2009. Prior to joining CohBar, Inc., he served as Vice President and Worldwide Controller at Dialogic, Inc from February 2009 until March 2012. From February 2005 to March 2008, Mr. Biunno worked at Geller & Company. Prior to joining Dialogic, he worked in the Emerging Business Group at Geller & Company where he served as Chief Financial Officer to small emerging companies. Prior to joining Geller & Company, he served as a Vice President and Corporate Controller for Novadigm, Inc from 1997 to 2004. Mr. Biunno received a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Montclair State University and is Mr. Biunno is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Jeffrey B serves as the Chief Financial Officer (Treasurer and Secretary) of CohBar, Inc.. Jeffrey started at CohBar, Inc. in October of 2013. Jeffrey currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
