Mr. David G. Hall co-founded Collectors Universe Inc. in February 1999 and has been its President since October 2001. Mr. Hall served as the Chief Operating Officer of Collectors Universe Inc. Mr. Hall served as Chief Executive Officer of Collectors Universe Inc. From April 2000 to September 2001 and as Chairman from February 1999 to October 2001. Mr. Hall was a co-founder of Professional Coin Grading Service, Inc., Collectors Universe Inc.'s predecessor and served as its President until January 1999. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Professional Coin Grading Service from 1986 to February 1999, when it was acquired. Mr. Hall served as Chairman of the Board and Director of Professional Coin Grading Services, Inc., since February 1986. He has been a Director of Collectors Universe Inc., since February 1999. He was honored in 1999 by COINage Magazine as Numismatist of the Century, along with 14 other individuals. In 1990, Mr. Hall was named an Orange County Entrepreneur of the Year by INC. Magazine. He wrote A Mercenary's Guide to the Rare Coin Market, a book dedicated to coin collecting. Mr. Hall is a member of the Professional Numismatists Guild. He has been a Director of Collectors Universe Inc. since February 1999.

Mr. Joseph J. Wallace, also known as Joe, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Collectors Universe Inc., since September 15, 2005 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Assistant Secretary. Mr. Wallace served as Vice President of Finance at Collectors Universe Inc. since November 2004 and its Controller since June 2004. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Secretary of STM Wireless Inc. from 1997 to 2003. Mr. Wallace served as the Corporate Controller of MAI Systems Corp. from April 1994 to March 1997. From 1990 to 1993, he served Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Simmons Magee, PLC. Mr. Wallace is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, in Ireland and a Certified Public Accountants in the State of California.

Mr. Van D. Simmons is Co-Founder of Collectors Universe Inc. Mr. Simmons has been the President of Collectors Universe Inc.'s David Hall Rare Coins Division since October 2000. From July to October 2000, Mr. Simmons served as Vice President of Sales of Collectors Universe Inc.'s Bowers and Merena Division. From 1981 to 1997, e served as the President of David Hall Rare Coins and Collectibles, a retailer of rare coins. He founded Professional Coin Grading Service since 1986. He served as Chairman of the Board of David Hall's North American Trading, LLC, a retailer of rare coins from February 1997 to July 2000. Mr. Simmons has been founding Director of Collectors Universe Inc. since 1986. He has been a Director of predecessor company, Professional Coin Grading Service since 1986.
